Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure the company’s compliance with financial regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and data privacy laws,
Conduct risk assessments for financial operations and implement measures to mitigate potential non-compliance,
Stay up to date with changes in financial regulations and industry standards, proactively adapting company policies and procedures,
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Risk, Legal) to embed compliance into all aspects of our fintech offerings,
Serve as the primary contact for regulatory audits and inquiries, maintaining transparent communication with authorities such as TCMB & MASAK,
Prepare regulatory reports and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities,
Organize training sessions to promote a compliance-first culture among employees,
Identify and resolve compliance breaches, providing recommendations for process improvements and corrective actions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in law, business, economics, finance, or a related field,
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Compliance is required,
Experience in compliance or regulatory roles within the fintech industry is required,
In-depth knowledge of financial compliance requirements,
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment,
Fluency in English,
Advanced skills in MS Office.
